• レバレッジドファイナンス、LBO、シンジケートローンに関する助言
• ローン契約、担保契約、関連金融契約のドラフトおよび交渉
• 取引の進行管理およびクライアント・関係各所との調整
• 各種金融取引における法令遵守・リスク対応
• パートナーおよび海外拠点との連携によるクロスボーダー案件対応
• その他、東京のデットファイナンスチームの発展・拡大に貢献すること

Join a globally renowned international law firm as an Associate Lawyer in the Debt Finance practice. In this role, you will advise global lenders and sponsors on complex cross-border leveraged and structured finance transactions. You will work closely with partners, international finance teams, and key market players while contributing to the continued growth of the Tokyo finance practice. This is an exceptional opportunity for a Japan-qualified lawyer seeking exposure to high-profile, market-leading finance matters.

• Advise lenders and sponsors on leveraged finance, LBOs, and syndicated loan transactions.
• Draft and negotiate loan agreements, security documents, and other finance contracts.
• Manage day-to-day deal execution, ensuring effective communication with clients and counterparties.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate legal risks throughout transactions.
• Collaborate with partners and global finance teams on cross-border matters.
• Contribute to practice development and support the expansion of the Tokyo Debt Finance group.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 日本の弁護士資格（PQE3〜6年目安）
• レバレッジドファイナンス、シンジケートファイナンス、担保付きまたは無担保融資の経験
• 法律事務所での実務経験（日系・外資系不問）
• タイトなスケジュールで複数案件を管理した経験

• 卓越したコミュニケーション能力（日英）

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル

• Japan-qualified lawyer with 3-6 years of post-qualification experience.
• Background in leveraged finance, syndicated finance, or secured/unsecured lending.
• Experience at a Japanese or international law firm.
• Proven ability to manage multiple finance transactions under tight timelines.

• Strong communication skills in Japanese and English for transaction execution.
• Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure.
• High commercial awareness and a client-focused mindset.
• Collaborative team player with sound judgment and professionalism.
