Join a leading global European pharmaceutical company as a Pharmaceutical Business Strategist, guiding high-impact business decisions across the Japan organization. In this strategic and bilingual role, you will identify risks and opportunities, analyze complex data, and deliver clear, evidence-based recommendations to leadership teams. You will collaborate across departments, lead cross-functional initiatives, and contribute to long-term business transformation within the healthcare sector.

• Identify new business opportunities and risks that may affect company performance.
• Provide data-driven insights to support critical leadership decisions.
• Develop plans to strengthen the business model and drive organizational success.
• Lead cross-functional projects requiring alignment across multiple departments.
• Understand challenges across divisions to ensure strategic consistency.
• Track market trends and notify leadership of emerging changes or disruptions.
• Collaborate with internal teams while maintaining objectivity and neutrality.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 大卒以上
• 社会人経験10年以上
• 経営コンサルティング経験（必須）
• プロジェクトマネジメントスキル
• 戦略フレームワークに関する知識・経験
• 複雑なデータを分析し、ビジネスに役立つ洞察を導けること
• Microsoft Office上級（特にExcel・PowerPoint）

• 複雑な情報を素早く理解し、明確なビジネス戦略へ落とし込む力
• 多様なチームと信頼関係を構築し、協働できるコミュニケーション力
• 自ら課題に向き合い、困難なプロジェクトを前に進める主体性
• 製薬/ヘルスケア業界に対する関心・情熱

• 日本語：ネイティブ
• 英語：ビジネスレベル

• MBA歓迎
• 製薬・ヘルスケア領域の企業戦略、事業変革、またはコンサルティング経験
• 製薬・ヘルスケア企業での実務経験

• 10+ years of professional experience, including management consulting experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Strong abilities in project management, strategic frameworks, and complex data analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.

• Ability to quickly learn and translate complex information into actionable business strategies.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to leading challenging projects in healthcare.

• Japanese: Native
• English: Fluent (Business level)

• Experience in corporate strategy, business transformation, or healthcare consulting.
• Experience working in global project environments or with cross-border teams.
