• 歯科CAD/CAMソフトウェアに関する販売代理店・パートナー向け技術サポート
• 世界各国のユーザーに向けたトレーニングコースやウェビナーの実施
• トレーニングレポートの作成や顧客認定管理
• 製品テストの実施、フィードバックの共有、その他改善活動（R&Dチームと連携）
• 展示会などの業界イベントでの製品デモ・企業ブランディング活動
• 社内WikiやSNS向けのコンテンツ作成による情報発信

A leading global medical device company is seeking an Application Support Specialist to deliver expert-level technical guidance on CAD/CAM dental software. This role involves working closely with global partners, delivering impactful training, and ensuring product excellence. You'll have the chance to influence future developments while working with pioneering technology that transforms smiles.

• Provide high-level technical support to partners and distributors using CAD/CAM solutions
• Lead global training courses and webinars for dental professionals
• Maintain training documentation and manage customer certification processes
• Collaborate with the R&D team to test and improve new software features
• Gather and relay customer feedback to developers for product enhancements
• Represent the company professionally at dental industry trade fairs
• Create technical content for internal Wiki and contribute to social media platforms

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 歯学学士、歯科技工士（認定技工士）、または同等のの学位・資格
• 歯科CAD/CAMソフトウェアの使用経験3年以上
• システムファイルの編集やハードウェアの基本的な問題対応スキル
• 顧客対応や技術サポートの実務経験

• 大勢の前で自信を持ってプレゼンができること
• 頻繁な出張に対応可能なこと
• 自己管理能力があること（在宅勤務可能です）
• コンピューターやソフトウェアが好きな方

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル
• 英語：ビジネスレベル（読み書き会話）
• 海外トレーニング対応あり）
  

• 技術資料やユーザー向けマニュアルの作成経験
• 国際的な歯科市場やCAD/CAM業界に関する知識
• トレーニングコンテンツやEラーニングの開発経験

• Bachelor's degree required, ideally as a Certified or Master Dental Technician
• 3+ years of experience using dental CAD/CAM software
• Technical troubleshooting, including system file editing and basic hardware fixes

• Confident presenting to large groups and comfortable with frequent travel
• Proven experience in technical support or customer-facing roles
• Highly organized and capable of working independently from home

• Japanese: Native
• English: Intermediate to Business Level

• Strong written and verbal communication in both Japanese and English
• Experience creating learning content or user documentation
• Familiarity with international dental markets or CAD/CAM support communities
