Position:                           Thermal Forming Section Head

Industry:                          Manufacturing, packaging

Location:                          Navanakorn, Pathumthani

Working days/hours:      Monday-Friday, around 2 Saturdays/month, 08:00-17:00 hrs.

Responsibilities:

Production Planning and Control

• Estimating monthly production plans
• Planning production capacity, manpower, training, machinery, and various production equipment
• Monitoring production plan trends compared to the established production plan
• Planning the process or workflow to maximize efficiency
• Planning the maintenance of machinery and equipment
• Monitoring and controlling overall production to meet standards, considering aspects such as production costs, waste, and on-time delivery
• Planning solutions to problems that arise in the production process.
• Prepare Quality Objective documents.
• Have the authority to decide to stop machinery.
• Prepare Quality System documents (CFT T).

Efficiency Improvement

• Designing production processes to reduce production costs or increase productivity.
• Designing work procedures to reduce production costs or increase productivity.
• Designing production tools and equipment to facilitate the production of parts in order to achieve maximum efficiency.

Safety Management

• Planning, controlling, and monitoring the operations of the safety, hygiene, and working environment for employees.

General Management

• Oversee various quality systems such as ISO9001/2008, ISO/TS16949, ISO14001
• Coordinate with relevant departments or units to effectively prevent and improve problems in various areas
• Manage personnel in the assigned area
• Plan and prepare the annual budget
• Participate in various company activities as assigned
• Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
• Train employees to understand work manuals, procedures, and product inspection during production to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/or other related field
• Diploma with at least 7 years of experience.
• Engineering license (will be given special consideration)
• At least 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry at a supervisory level.
• Experience in plastics and polymers will be considered.
