• ビジネスリーダーと連携し、組織目標に合わせたHR戦略を企画・推進
• タレントマネジメント、組織開発、従業員エンゲージメントなどのHR課題を分析し、改善提案を行う
• HRプロジェクトの計画立案（スケジュール/リソース/予算管理含む）をリード
• プロジェクト進捗をモニタリングし、必要に応じて改善アクションを実行
• リスク分析とリスク対応を実施し、HRプロジェクトの安定運用を支援
• 組織変革に伴うチェンジマネジメントを推進し、スムーズな移行を実現

As a Senior HRBP Manager, you will partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals, lead transformative HR projects, manage HR risks, and support company-wide change initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to influence strategic decision-making and play a key role in shaping a high-performance, future-ready organization.

• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives and provide strategic HR guidance.
• Lead end-to-end HR project planning, including scheduling, resource forecasting, and financial management.
• Track and monitor project performance, implementing adjustments when challenges arise.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate HR project risks through structured analysis and proactive contingency planning.
• Drive change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and ensure smooth transitions during periods of change.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 人事経験10年以上
• グローバル人事の経験
• 外資系企業、または日系グローバル企業での実務経験

• 卓越したコミュニケーション能力、対人スキル
• 戦略的思考能力、課題解決力
• ステークホルダーマネジメント

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル
• 英語：上級ビジネスレベル

• タレントマネジメント、組織開発、従業員エンゲージメント強化などの専門知識・経験
• 多国籍環境でのステークホルダーマネジメント経験

• More than 10 years of HR experience, including global HR responsibilities.

• Experience working in a global company.

• Strong strategic thinking capabilities.

• Exceptional ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

• Japanese: Native-level proficiency.
