• 担当プロジェクトのマネジメント

Join a global automotive technology leader as an Automotive Project Manager, driving complex ADAS and next-generation mobility software projects for major OEM customers. You will manage both existing and new customer programs, coordinate international engineering teams, and ensure successful delivery across scope, quality, timing, and production readiness. This is a high-impact role supporting the development of advanced systems that shape the future of mobility.

• Manage assigned automotive projects both operationally and functionally to ensure smooth execution.
• Achieve project profitability, quality, production preparation, and delivery milestones.
• Secure project resources, monitor performance metrics, and resolve escalations quickly.
• Define project scope, support budgeting, and contribute to key project decision-making.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and validate activities to meet engineering and customer milestones.
• Lead regular customer communication, reporting project progress and governance updates.
• Manage all project changes-including internal and customer-driven-from planning to execution.

• 自動車向けソフトウェアやシステムに関する知識
• プロジェクトマネジメント経験（PMに挑戦したいソフトウェアエンジニアも歓迎）
• 自動車業界での実務経験

• 日本語：ビジネスレベル（N2相当）以上
• 英語：ビジネスレベル

• 複数プロジェクトを同時に進行管理した経験
• システムレベルの開発管理経験

• Strong knowledge of automotive software or system development.
• Project management experience or software engineering experience with interest in PM transition.
• Professional experience in the automotive industry.
• Experience working with global teams or engineering centers is an advantage.

• Strong communication and discussion-facilitation skills.
• Ability to work confidently in an international, multicultural environment.
• Able to manage pressure, express ideas clearly, and lead decision-making.
• Willingness to join late-night meetings with overseas teams when required.

• Japanese: Intermediate to Business level (N2 equivalent).
• English: Intermediate to Business level.

• Experience coordinating multiple simultaneous projects.
• Experience managing system-level development or safety-critical systems.
