• 営業プロセス全般にわたって、営業チームを技術面からサポート
• 新規顧客リードの確認・承認（社内チームと連携）
• 提案資料の作成や、顧客への製品説明
• 顧客ニーズの把握・分析、カスタム技術ソリューションの設計
• チームおよび顧客の主要なテクニカルエキスパートとして対応すること
• 日本市場におけるビジネス拡大のための新規プロジェクトの企画・推進
• マーケティング支援（イベントや製品トレーニングなど）

Join a global European leader in life sciences and bioprocessing as a Technical Application Specialist, supporting downstream bioprocessing solutions across Japan. In this key role, you will work closely with the sales team to deliver customised technical solutions, support customer decision-making, and help expand the company's market presence in the Japanese biopharma and biotechnology sectors. This position is ideal for professionals who want to combine technical expertise, customer engagement, and strategic business support.

• Support the sales team throughout the entire sales process
• Collaborate with internal teams to qualify and approve new customer leads
• Create sales plans and demonstrate how products can solve customer challenges
• Understand customer needs to design tailored technical solutions
• Serve as the primary technical expert for both the internal team and customers
• Lead new projects to drive business growth in the Japan market
• Partner with marketing to support events and deliver product training

必須条件 経験・資格：

• バイオファーマ、バイオテク業界経験（プロセス開発や営業関連がベスト）5年以上
• ダウンストリーム工程を含むバイオプロセスの技術的な知識（実務経験があれば尚可）
• バイオ医薬市場の知識
• 技術営業、コンサルティング、ビジネス開発の経験・実績
• 様々な部署と連携して顧客課題を解決する実務能力
  

• コラボレーション：営業・マーケティングなどと緊密に連携できること
• 問題解決力：顧客の複雑な技術課題を理解し、ニーズに合ったソリューションを設計できること
• コミュニケ―ション：専門的な内容を顧客プレゼンや研修においてわかりやすく説明できること

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル（必須）
• 英語：ビジネスレベル（読み書き・社内連携）
  

• バイオ医薬品の製造設備や分析装置の使用経験
• upstreamプロセス（培養・発酵工程）に関する知識・経験
• 国内外の規制（GMP、ICHガイドラインなど）に関する知識

• Over 5 years of experience in the biopharma or biotech industry
• Strong technical understanding of bioprocessing, downstream operations preferred
• Proven experience in technical sales, business development, or consulting
• Knowledge of the biopharmaceutical market and customer needs

• Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and technical teams
• Strong problem-solving skills to design customer-specific solutions
• Clear and confident communication skills for presentations and training

• Japanese: Native level
• English: Intermediate to Business level

• Hands-on expertise in downstream bioprocessing
• Experience designing custom technical workflows for customers
• Familiarity with life science instruments, consumables, or GMP environments
