Job title: BIM Operation (Staff-Senior Level)

Responsibilities:
Job Purpose:
To support the design and construction process by creating, managing, and maintaining accurate Building Information Models (BIM) for mechanical, electrical, and architectural systems. The role ensures coordination among stakeholders and compliance with project standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Model Creation & Management:
- Develop and maintain 3D BIM models using software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
Prepare shop drawings and coordination drawings for mechanical and electrical systems.
Design Coordination:
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure accurate integration of all disciplines.
Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts within BIM models.
Documentation & Standards:
- Produce detailed drawings and construction documents from BIM models.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, company guidelines, and project specifications.
Project Support:
- Update models throughout the project lifecycle to reflect design changes and as-built conditions.
Assist in preparing visualizations for client presentations and regulatory approvals.
Technical Assistance:
- Provide troubleshooting and technical support related to BIM software.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and version control.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in BIM modeling for construction projects (mechanical/electrical preferred).
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM tools.
- Understanding of construction processes, building codes, and drafting techniques.
- Basic English communication skills (reading and documentation).
- Preferred:
- Experience in factory or industrial building projects.
- Knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems.
