Job title:                   Mechanical Engineer (Chief Level)

Job type:                  Full-time, Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00 hrs.

Responsibilities:

• Communicating the goals of the company to all engineers and professionals in the team.
• Supervising every phase of the project from start to completion.
• Calculating costs, material, labor, and time required for each project.
• Approving, Designs and budgets by assignment.
• Delegating tasks to engineering teams.
• Supervising staff training as well as equipment installation.
• Performing quality control checks on all systems and products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related fields
• Mechanical Engineering License will be advantage
• At least 4 years of experience in leading or supervising team
• CAD / AutoCAD programing for drawing.
• A sound understanding of engineering principles.
• The ability to maintain a positive attitude and restore morale to a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work actively under pressure and hard-working.
• Good Command in English or Japanese will be advantage.
