Join a global European life sciences company as a Commercial IT Business Manager, leading IT service delivery and strategic technology initiatives for Japan's Marketing & Sales (M&S) teams. In this senior role, you will oversee application performance, drive digital transformation, and partner closely with business leaders to align global solutions with local market needs. This position plays a key role in shaping IT strategy, improving operational efficiency, and supporting scientific and commercial innovation across Japan.

• Provide expert guidance on data and analytics tools such as AWS, Snowflake, and Qlik

• Lead end-to-end technology projects, from planning through deployment

• Ensure the optimal performance, stability, and continuous improvement of all IT applications

• Collaborate with business teams to build and deliver technical solutions that meet Japan's commercial needs

• Align new business requirements with global technology strategies and adapt them for the Japan market

• Manage IT compliance activities, including system audits, safety checks, and documentation requirements

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 製薬・ライフサイエンス業界におけるIT経験 5年以上
• 日本国内でグローバルなITプロジェクトを推進した経験5年以上
• 外資系企業または日系グローバル企業での勤務経験5年以上
• AWSなどクラウド基盤, システム設計、ITIL などのITプロセスに関する専門知識

• 複数の重要プロジェクト／タスクを同時に進められること
• 優れたコミュニケーション力と課題解決能力
• 主体性を持ち、チームと協力しながらプロジェクトを推進できること

• 日本語：流暢
• 英語：ビジネスレベル以上

• 日本の製薬業界及び市場に精通している方
• Veeva などの CRM、Qlik・Tableau などの BI/データ分析ツールがわかる方
• Agile（アジャイル）開発やデジタルマーケティングの知識

• 5+ years of IT experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry

• 5+ years managing global IT projects in Japan

• 5+ years of experience in an international corporate environment

• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS), system architecture, and IT support processes (e.g., ITIL)

• Fluent Japanese and business-level English for communication with global stakeholders

• Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks under pressure

• Strong organisational skills with a proactive, collaborative working style

• Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities

• Japanese: Native level

• English: Business level

• Understanding of Japan's pharmaceutical commercial operations

• Experience with CRM tools such as Veeva and BI/analytics tools like Qlik or Tableau

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and digital marketing technologies
