• 音声AIプロダクトに関する技術戦略策定およびアーキテクチャ設計
• Pythonによるバックエンド開発のリード
• エンジニアチーム（3〜4名）の技術指導・メンタリング
• API・クラウドを活用したシステム統合と技術課題の解決
• 顧客とのやりとり（技術面）、プロジェクト推進
• その他音声認識／AI技術を活用したソリューションの企画・実装

Join a global marketing technology company as a Tech Lead / Backend Engineer and play a central role in developing cutting-edge Voice AI solutions. You will design backend architecture, lead development initiatives, mentor team members, and support customers through technical discussions. This role offers the opportunity to shape an evolving speech product in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

• Design technology strategy and backend system architecture for the speech product
• Lead the development of voice AI solutions from concept to delivery
• Drive team leadership, mentoring, and organizational contributions
• Manage system integration and API integration for large-scale projects
• Support customer discussions, address technical challenges, and promote project delivery

必須条件 経験・資格：

• Pythonによるアプリケーション開発経験 3年以上
• クラウド（GCPがベスト、但しAWS / Azure 等も可）の経験3年以上
• コンテナ技術（Docker / Kubernetes）の実務経験3年以上
• スタートアップまたは成長フェーズの開発環境での実務経験
• AI関連技術への知見または強い関心

• コミュニケーション能力（顧客・関連部署との調整含む）
• チームワーク
• 問題解決力

• 日本語：ビジネスレベル以上
• 英語：流暢

• チャットボット、音声認識、AIエージェントの開発経験
• TypeScript / React を用いたフルスタック開発経験
• 0→1フェーズのプロダクト立ち上げ経験

• 3+ years of Python application development
• Experience in a startup, growth-phase company, or similar fast-paced environment
• 3+ years of cloud services experience (GCP preferred; AWS/Azure also acceptable)
• Hands-on experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of or strong interest in AI-related technologies
• Experience launching new products or businesses (nice to have)

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to collaborate across engineering and non-technical teams

• Japanese: Business-level or higher
• English: Fluent

• Experience building chatbots, voice recognition systems, or AI agents
• Full-stack development experience (TypeScript/React)
• Experience launching products from 0→1 phase
