• 日々の業務サポートおよび科学的ディスカッションへの参加（常に顧客ニーズを中心に）
• NGS製品のライフサイクル全体を管理し、社内クロスファンクションの主要窓口として対応
• 市場機会を見つけ、専門家との協働を通じて製品ラインの成長と改善を推進
• 製品価値をわかりやすく伝えるメッセージを作成し、商談や契約獲得を支援
• 年間マーケティングプランに基づき、グローバル・ローカルチームと連携して市場成長を推進
  

Join a global leader in healthcare technology as a Product Life Cycle Manager, overseeing the full life cycle of Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) solutions for the Japanese market. You will guide product strategy, collaborate with global and local teams, and support scientific discussions that drive value for clinicians, researchers, and laboratory partners. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of genetic testing technologies and deliver meaningful innovation to customers across Japan.

• Support daily operational tasks and contribute to scientific discussions, keeping customer needs as the highest priority.
• Manage the full life cycle of sequencing products and act as a key point of contact for internal cross-functional teams.
• Expand the product line by identifying opportunities, partnering with scientific experts, and enhancing product features.
• Develop clear and compelling product messaging to strengthen customer engagement and support commercial success.
• Execute annual marketing plans and collaborate with both global and local teams to drive business growth.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 生物学・遺伝学・NGS（次世代シーケンス）の専門知識
• ビジネスの知識・スキル
• 顧客対応業務経験

• 顧客ニーズと製品価値を結びつけるクリエイティブな思考力
• 臨機応変な対応力、柔軟性
• 成長意欲、向上心
• 積極的にコミュニケーションを取れる協調性と傾聴力

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル（必須）
• 英語：中級〜ビジネスレベル
  

• 遺伝子検査システム、NGSワークフロー、臨床検査領域での実務経験
• 製品情報の管理や科学コミュニケーションのサポート経験
• 複数チームと協働して業務を進めた経験

• Strong scientific foundation in biology, genetics, and Next Generation Sequencing (NGS).
• Experience in customer-facing roles with demonstrated business acumen.
• Ability to manage product information, support scientific communication, and work across multiple teams.

• Creative thinker who can align product positioning with customer goals.
• Flexible, growth-oriented mindset.
• Collaborative, communicative, and skilled at active listening.

• Japanese: Native level.
• English: Intermediate to Business level.

• Experience working with genetic testing systems, clinical laboratories, or NGS workflows.
• Familiarity with healthcare marketing or product management in diagnostics.
