• メディカルアフェアーズ部門を担当
• ビジネス側と連携し、目標や戦略に合ったデジタル/データソリューションを構築すること
• ビジネス要件の収集、要件に合ったスケーラブルなデジタルソリューションの提案
• デジタルツールやプラットフォームの導入・実装（エンドツーエンド）
• 新技術の定着化、チェンジマネジメント、ユーザーアダプション促進
• パイロットプロジェクトや新技術活用を通じてイノベーションを推進すること
• デジタルツール・プラットフォームに関するサポート（部門の窓口として）
• ベンダー、予算、スケジュール、パフォーマンス管理

Join a global healthcare organization as the Associate Director - Commercial IT Business Partner, serving as the primary technology partner to the Medical Affairs function. In this strategic role, you will drive digital transformation, elevate engagement capabilities, and enable next-generation data and AI solutions. You will collaborate closely with business teams to shape requirements, implement scalable platforms, and champion adoption of innovative digital tools that enhance patient-focused outcomes.

• Partner with Medical Affairs to align digital and data solutions with strategic priorities.
• Capture business requirements and translate them into scalable digital solutions.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of digital tools, platforms, and new technologies.
• Promote adoption and drive change management across functions.
• Drive innovation through pilot initiatives and emerging technology use cases.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for digital platforms and applications.
• Manage vendors, budgets, timelines, and performance expectations.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• ITビジネスパートナーやデジタルイネーブルメント（デジタル技術の活用推進）などの関連業務経験5年以上
• DX（デジタルトランスフォメーション）や、ITソリューションの導入支援経験
• Web、モバイル、オートメーション、データベース等のデジタルアセットに関わった経験
• 要件定義、プロジェクト調整、チェンジマネジメント経験
• 技術系・ビジネス系双方のステークホルダーとの協働経験

• ステークホルダーマネジメント、コミュニケーション能力
• 他部署との連携能力、交渉力
• 多文化・複雑な環境で仕事を進められること
• 主体的に問題解決へ動くプロアクティブな姿勢
• 優先順位を的確に見極め、複数のタスクを同時に進められること

• 日本語：流暢
• 英語：ビジネスレベル

• 製薬・ヘルスケアなど規制業界での経験
• Veeva、CMS、マーケティングオートメーションツールの知識
• PMP、Agile、ITILなどの資格

• 5+ years in IT business partnering or digital enablement roles.
• Experience supporting digital transformation and solution delivery.
• Hands-on involvement with digital assets such as web platforms, mobile tools, automation, or database solutions.
• Experience in requirements gathering, project coordination, and change management.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Ability to influence and negotiate in cross-functional environments.
• Comfortable working in complex, multicultural settings.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

• Japanese: Fluent.
• English: Intermediate to Business level.

• Experience in life sciences or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with Veeva, CMS platforms, or marketing automation tools.
• Certifications such as PMP, Agile, or ITIL.
