• 内部チームおよびクライアントと連携し、新規取引口座のオンボーディングとアカウント設定を正確かつ迅速に進めること
• トレードコンファメーションのモニタリング、不一致の特定・解決、スムーズな決済処理の確保
• EOD（End-of-Day）アロケーション関連タスクの実行、トレードの最終チェック
• アロケーションやコンファメーション関連のトラブルシューティング
• トレードエラーやファシリテーションポジションの調査・報告、フォローアップ
• サブアカウントの静的データの管理・更新

Join a global financial institution as a Senior Middle Office Trade Support specialist overseeing equity trading operations. In this role, you will manage accurate client onboarding, ensure timely trade processing, and support smooth settlement workflows. You will work closely with internal teams, clients, and trading desks to reduce operational risk, resolve discrepancies proactively, and maintain high-quality middle office service in a fast-paced global market environment.

• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely and accurate onboarding and account setup for new trading relationships.
• Monitor trade confirmations to identify discrepancies early and prevent escalation, ensuring seamless settlement.
• Execute end-of-day allocation tasks and verify all details for accurate trade workflow processing.
• Troubleshoot allocation and confirmation issues to enhance trading desk efficiency and provide prompt operational support.
• Track, investigate, and report trade errors or facilitation positions with appropriate follow-up.
• Maintain and update static data for sub-accounts to support consistent and accurate operational processing.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• トレードサポート、ミドルオフィス、またはその他金融オペレーションの経験5年以上
• 株式、または類似の金融商品やその取引に関する実務経験

• コミュニケーション能力（内外のステークホルダーとしっかり連携できること）

• 日本語：流暢
• 英語：中級〜ビジネスレベル

• 日本株・外株の両方の決済プロセスに携わった経験があれば尚可
• トレーディングシステムやITに強い方歓迎

• Minimum 5 years of experience in trade support, middle office, or financial operations.
• Hands-on experience supporting equity products or similar traded instruments.

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

• Japanese: Fluent.
• English: Intermediate to Business level.

• Experience supporting both domestic and foreign equity transactions.
• Knowledge of global market settlement processes and cross-border workflows.

• Work closely with senior professionals in a compact, collaborative team.
