Position: Marketing Senior/Officer (Business Development)

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain direct communication with customers and dealers, supporting negotiations and relationship growth.

• Assess customer creditworthiness and propose suitable payment plans based on financial data.

• Develop new customer accounts and initiate innovative business opportunities.

• Prepare basic financial analyses of customer status and repayment capacity.

• Monitor and follow up on customer and dealer satisfaction outcomes.

• Handle additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in finance; leasing background preferred.

• Strong skills in sales, negotiation, and communication.

• Valid driver’s license with flexibility to travel as required.

• Proven ability to explore and expand into new business sectors such as solar energy, green products, healthcare, IT solutions, etc.
