• プログラミングスキル
• 大卒以上

• 自発的に学び、改善提案ができる方。

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience, including exposure to asset management or investment-related roles.
  
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
  
• Experience in outsourced or passive investment management is welcomed.

• Self-motivated with a passion for investment operations and continuous learning.
  

• Japanese: Native level (required for communication and documentation).
• English: Basic level (for internal communication or reference materials).
