• AIガバナンス体制の構築・改善（設計、導入、長期運用を含む）
• AI関連リスクの特定・分析・対応を行うリスク評価モデルおよび分類スキームの策定・維持（ビジネス部門やシステムオーナーと連携）
• 自動化されたセカンドライン監視の導入（統制設計、運用定着、一次統制の有効性検証など）
• ガバナンスプロセスおよびデジタルツールの最適化を通じた業務効率化の推進（オートメーション戦略との整合を重視）
• 世界各国のAI関連規制・法令動向のモニタリング、社内ポリシーや報告ダッシュボード、研修プログラムへの反映
• 研修等を通じて社内全体のAIリテラシー向上に貢献すること

Join a leading global financial institution as an AI Risk Manager and take a leadership role in shaping the future of ethical and responsible AI within the financial services industry. You will establish and enhance the company's AI governance framework, ensuring alignment between global innovation and regulatory compliance. This is a high-impact position where you will work with cross-functional teams to design risk structures, develop monitoring systems, and advance AI governance standards across the organization.

• Establish and continuously improve the AI oversight structure, from design to rollout and long-term governance.
• Develop and maintain AI risk assessment models and classification schemes in collaboration with business and system teams.
• Implement automated second-line monitoring and validate first-line control effectiveness.
• Enhance operational efficiency through improved workflows and digital automation tools.
• Monitor global AI regulations and standards, updating policies and training programs accordingly.
• Promote AI literacy and risk awareness across business units through ongoing education and communication initiatives.

必須条件経験・資格：

• データリスク、テクノロジーリスク、コンプライアンス、監査などの関連実務経験5年以上
• AIガバナンスまたはクラウド変革プロジェクトに関わった経験
• AIリスク管理フレームワークや関連規制に関する知識

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル
• 英語：ビジネスレベル

• 分析力、問題解決能力
• 多文化環境での優れたコミュニケーション能力
• ポジティブ思考、変革を牽引するリーダーシップ

• AIGP、AWS AI Practitioner などのAI関連資格保有者は歓迎。
• NISTやISO規格（ISO 42001、ISO 42005など）に基づくリスクマネジメント経験
• AIガバナンスや自動化戦略に関する知見
• 金融業界経験

• Over 5 years of experience in data or technology risk, compliance, or audit functions.
• Practical exposure to AI governance and cloud transformation initiatives.

• Understanding of AI risk frameworks, governance models, and regulatory trends.

• AIGP, AWS AI Practitioner, or equivalent credentials are advantageous.

• Japanese: Fluent (required for internal and regulatory communication).
• English: Intermediate to business level (for global coordination).

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a diverse and international environment.

• Experience with risk frameworks such as NIST or ISO standards (e.g., ISO 42001, ISO 42005).
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
• Understanding of emerging AI governance and automation technologies.
