IT Data and Analytics Expert Contract Role

Job Description:

・Scrum Master Responsibilities
 Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives,
Reviews).
 Manage the Scrum team to ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices.
 Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
 Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team.
 Track and report on sprint progress, velocity, and team performance metrics.

・Business Analyst Responsibilities
 Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
 Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical
specifications.
 Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure deliverables meet business
objectives.
 Create process flow diagrams, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

・Technical Responsibilities
 Identify, design, and implement process improvements (automation,
optimization, infrastructure redesign).
 Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to resolve data-related technical
issues.
 Assist users in creating Power BI reports (experience is a plus).
 Work with data and analytics experts to enhance system functionality.

Required Skills:

 BA – Should work as business analyst.
 Must know ETL, SQL, and AWS.
 Data Governance (experience is a plus)
