Position:   Machining Engineer Manager

Salary:       70,000 – 80,000 THB/Month

Location:  Bangpa-In Industrial Estate, Ayutthaya

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret technical drawings, perform machine design and process design.

• Design and select jigs, choose cutting tools, and establish tooling layouts.

• Prepare cost estimates and quotations (from pre-order stage).

• Carry out product machining using CNC lathes after orders are confirmed

• Perform QA/QC activities.

• Investigate root causes and propose corrective actions in case of defective products fix the machine if there are any problems.

• Train and develop junior staff, providing leadership and guidance.

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in CNC lathe and NC lathe machining

• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings

• Knowledge and experience in process design

• Practical experience in jig design, tool selection, and tooling layout

• Experience in preparing quotations and cost estimates

• Knowledge and experience in QA/QC activities

• Strong problem-solving and improvement skills

• Leadership qualities and ability to mentor subordinates
