The Dean is the chief academic and administrative leader of the School of Entrepreneurship and Management. This role is responsible for shaping the school’s vision, ensuring academic excellence, and fostering an innovative environment that prepares students for leadership in business and entrepreneurship.

• Develop and implement the school’s vision, mission, and strategic plan aligned with the university’s goals.
• Drive innovation in entrepreneurship education and promote interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Ensure high-quality teaching, research, and student learning outcomes.
• Oversee curriculum development for undergraduate and graduate programs, incorporating global trends and technology.
• Recruit, mentor, and evaluate faculty and staff.
• Promote professional development and research productivity.
• Build strong relationships with business leaders, entrepreneurs, and global academic partners (e.g., Babson College collaborations).
• Facilitate internships, experiential learning, and joint research projects.
• Enhance student engagement through project-based learning and entrepreneurial ecosystems.
• Support initiatives like startup incubators and business plan competitions.
• Manage budgets, resources, and fundraising efforts.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and university policies.
• Act as the primary ambassador for the school to alumni, donors, and community stakeholders.

• Master Degree in management, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years in higher education with at least 5 years in academic leadership roles (Dean, Associate Dean, or similar).
• Proven track record in entrepreneurship education, research, and industry engagement.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of curriculum development and accreditation processes.
• Proficiency in Thai and English
