Job Description

• Oversee and manage the company’s quality structure and systems.
• Develop plans aligned with company policies and ensure effective implementation.
• Collaborate with all departments to achieve defined quality objectives.
• Prepare and manage departmental and company-wide budgets and expenditures.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of company standards such as IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001.
• Supervise environmental management, 5S activities, and workplace safety.
• Manage and conduct training for subordinates and relevant personnel.
• Monitor, analyze, and improve processes within areas of responsibility.
• Collect and analyze quality data to identify and resolve product defects.
• Oversee and make decisions on non-conforming product issues.
• Manage quality assurance for new products and new parts.
• Report quality-related performance and issues to management and relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate quality matters with customers and external parties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field, or at least 10 years of direct experience in quality management.
• Completed training in ISO/IATF 16949, ISO 9000, and ISO 14001 quality management systems.
• Proficient in using precision measuring instruments and capable of reading technical drawings.
• Knowledgeable in Core Tools: APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and PPAP.

• Able to communicate in English and Japanese.
