10余名のチームを指揮し、市場ニーズを深く理解して顧客価値を最大化するプロダクト開発を推進します。ビジネス拡大に向け、チームの自立性を高めながら、エンジニアリング・営業・カスタマーサクセスと連携し、プロダクト組織全体を牽引する要職です。

• 重要プロダクトの要件定義・仕様策定を主導し、ハンズオンでプロダクト開発をリード
• エンジニアリングチームと密に連携し、開発品質とスピードを最適化
• PdM/PjMチーム（10余名）のマネジメントおよび育成
• チームメンバーの自律性・生産性を高めるプロセス設計・仕組み作り
• その他、リーダーとしてプロダクトマネジメント戦略の立案実行を通じて、事業成長の加速に貢献すること

You will lead the Product Management (PdM) organization to address key strategic challenges, such as deepening market understanding, nurturing team autonomy, and maximizing customer value through strong cross-functional collaboration. This role is ideal for a bilingual leader passionate about scaling AI and SaaS-driven solutions while mentoring high-performing teams.

• Lead hands-on product development, directly promoting the definition of requirements and the creation of specifications for key products.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to improve development quality and delivery efficiency.
• Provide strategic leadership across the product organization, aligning product initiatives with company goals.
• Manage and develop a 10-member PdM/PjM team, fostering autonomy and professional growth.
• Establish systems and processes that enable scalable product innovation and effective communication across teams.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• プロジェクトマネジメント経験
• 進捗管理、リスク管理、ステークホルダーマネジメントのスキル
• 急成長プロダクトの開発・運用経験
• B2Bソフトウェア、SaaS、またはAI関連プロダクトに携わった経験3年以上
• AIまたはSaaS関連の実務経験・専門知識

• 3+ years of experience in B2B software, SaaS, or AI-related product management.
• Proven record of developing fast-growing products and managing full project lifecycles (progress, risk, and stakeholder management).
• Strong background in leading cross-functional product teams and executing strategic initiatives.

• Deep understanding of modern product development methodologies and tools.
• Experience working with AI/SaaS platforms and agile project management frameworks.

• Japanese: Fluent (for cross-functional and client communication).
• English: Fluent (for internal collaboration and global alignment).

• Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication abilities.
• Strong decision-making and organizational development skills.

• Experience in building scalable product development environments.
• Strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability.
• Understanding of emerging technologies and their impact on product growth.
