In this role, you will plan and execute technology audits, identify potential risks, evaluate internal controls, and ensure compliance with regulatory and global standards. • Plan and execute technology audits by reviewing systems, processes, and controls using data analytics and advanced audit techniques.
• Identify and assess technology and cybersecurity risks, evaluating their impact on business objectives.
• Evaluate risk and control effectiveness for key organizational initiatives and IT systems.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, industry standards, and internal requirements.
• Prepare and present audit findings with root cause analysis and management recommendations.
• Communicate audit results and coordinate remediation plans with management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve audit methodologies and IT risk practices.

必須条件経験・資格：

• 次のような領域の経験・素養：IT開発、IT運用、情報セキュリティ、DX（デジタルトランスフォーメーション）、アジャイル開発、ITインフラ管理、エマージングテクノロジーのリスク管理
• IT監査、テクノロジーリスク管理、またはサイバーセキュリティの経験3年以上
• IT関連のリスクや内部統制に関する専門知識

• 分析力
• プレゼンテーションスキル
• コミュニケーション能力

• 日本語：ビジネスレベル以上（報告書作成・社内外調整に必要）
• 英語：ビジネス〜流暢

• CISA、CISSP、CIAなどの国際資格保有者歓迎
• 金融機関・保険会社のIT監査・テクノロジーリスク評価経験
• データ分析ツールや新興技術監査に関する知識

• Over 3 years of experience in IT audit, technology risk management, or cybersecurity.
• Background in IT development, operations, or information security (e.g., digital transformation, agile delivery, infrastructure management, or emerging technologies).

• Japanese: Business level or higher (for internal coordination and reporting).
• English: Business to fluent level (for global communication and documentation).

• Strong communication, analytical, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.

• Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or CIA.
• Experience conducting technology audits or IT risk assessments in financial institutions.
• Knowledge of data analytics tools and emerging technologies relevant to internal audit.
