PR/118469 | DESIGN AND INSTALLATION ENGINEER – Solar PV systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and perform electrical calculations for Solar PV systems (on-grid and hybrid configurations).
• Prepare Single Line Diagrams (SLD), Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and technical documentation for submission to the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA).
• Collaborate with internal project teams and external contractors during installation and commissioning phases.
• Ensure all designs and installations comply with Thai electrical codes and safety standards.
• Serve as the lead electrical engineer for design-related tasks.
• Coordinate with installation teams, including internal staff and regular external workers.
• Initially, this will be a standalone role, with potential for team expansion as project volume increases.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Energy Engineering.
• Preferably holds an Associate Engineer (ภว.) or Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Prior experience in solar or electrical system design and installation is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, PVsyst, or Helioscope.
• Good communication skills in both Thai and English.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Phuket.
