Job Description:

• Conduct research and analysis on the primary and secondary markets for government and corporate bonds in ASEAN countries (e.g., regulatory trends, product development, market practices, infrastructure enhancement, etc.)
• Prepare materials and deliver presentations for stakeholders
• Lead or support meetings with ministries of economy and financial authorities in ASEAN countries through business trips
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and relevant organizations, and expand networks through seminars and industry events
• Collaborate smoothly within the team and contribute to the advancement of projects

Qualification:

• Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of practical experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Formulation or supervision of regulations related to government or corporate bonds Experience at the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Bank of Thailand (BOT), or Thai Bond Market Association (ThaiBMA) is highly welcomed.
• Securities operations at commercial banks or securities firms (e.g., trading, brokerage, financial advisory, bond underwriting, etc.)
• Corporate experience in the bond issuance process
