PR/118462 | Director -Finance& Accounting(Hybrid working)

Job description: 

• Supervise all Finance & Accounting (F&A) operations to ensure efficient and effective performance.
• Lead and support the team in meeting departmental goals and targets.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve F&A-related issues.
• Coordinate with overseas headquarters, external auditors, and banking institutions.
• Plan and enhance work systems for improved operational efficiency.
• Review and approve payment vouchers in accordance with management’s authorization.
• Analyze and validate financial reports prior to month-end and year-end closings.
• Oversee accounts receivable and ensure compliance with CIT, WHT, and VAT regulations.
• Consolidate business plans from relevant departments to prepare the annual financial budget for management review.
• Monitor and control capital expenditures to align with the company’s investment budget.
   

Qualification:

• Bachelor / master’s degree Major Accounting & Finance 

• Holding CPA will be an advantage 

• Accounting & Finance field with at least 12 years’ experience 

• Working in Manager level at least 7 years’ experience

• Experience in Logistics or Freight forwarding.

• Experience in Implement the accounting system 

• Excellent in MS Excel 

• Knowledge Accounting: TFRS
