We are looking for an EXIM Manager (Bonded Area) for our client, a leading multinational company in the tobacco sector.

Qualifications:

1. Fluent in English, with 3+ years’ experience working in a multinational company.
    
2. 5+ years of experience in EXIM operations or international logistics in PMA companies, especially in the tobacco, FMCG, and manufacturing industries, including bonded zone operations.
    
3. Bachelor’s degree in law, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
    
4. Strong understanding of government regulations related to bonded zones and customs compliance.
    
5. Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
1. Regulatory Compliance & Documentation – Ensure all export-import activities and documents comply with national, international, and bonded zone regulations.
 

2. Logistics & Operations Management – Oversee shipment planning, customs clearance, and transportation to guarantee timely and efficient delivery.
 

3. Cost & Budget Control – Manage and optimize logistics and operational costs while maintaining budget discipline.
 

4. Risk Management – Identify, monitor, and mitigate operational, legal, and financial risks related to export-import processes.
 

5. External Relationship Management – Maintain strong relationships with customs, logistics partners, and key stakeholders.
