A leading global financial institution is seeking a Senior Sales professional in Transaction Banking to drive growth in cash management and liquidity solutions for large Japanese corporates. This is a senior front-office role responsible for deepening client relationships, originating tailored treasury solutions, and coordinating with global teams to deliver world-class transaction banking services. The position offers high visibility and influence in shaping the bank's corporate banking strategy in Japan.

• Manage and grow strategic relationships with large Japanese corporates to drive wallet share and revenue growth.
• Originate and deliver customized payments, liquidity, and cash management solutions aligned with client business goals.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers and Product Managers to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
• Develop and implement sales strategies that enhance the bank's corporate franchise and transaction banking presence in Japan.
• Monitor market trends, client portfolios, and deal pipelines to identify new opportunities.
• Maintain strong governance, compliance, and risk management practices across all engagements.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative, performance-driven culture.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• コーポレートバンキング、またはトランザクションバンキング、キャッシュマネジメントの実務経験12年以上
• 日本の大手法人顧客のリレーションシップマネジメント経験
• キャッシュマネジメント、トレードファイナンス、流動性管理案件のオリジネーション・エクセキューション経験
• 国際金融におけるクレジット、リスク、コンプライアンスプロセスの理解
• 営業活動をリードし、収益拡大に貢献した実績

• トランザクションバンキング領域のDXやIT/テクノロジーの知識
• 日本の大手企業および多国籍企業とのネットワーク・人脈

• Minimum 12 years of corporate or transaction banking experience, with a focus on cash management.
• Proven success in developing and managing large Japanese corporate relationships.
• Experience in originating and executing complex cash, trade, and liquidity management solutions.

• Strong understanding of credit, risk, compliance, and treasury processes within global banking.
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and lead client-focused initiatives.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with senior stakeholders.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative, adaptive, and results-oriented leadership style.

• Japanese: Native-level proficiency (required for client relationships and documentation).

• Established network among major Japanese corporates and multinational clients.
