• ECA案件/ストラクチャードファイナンス取引のオリジネーションとエクセキューション
• 顧客提案資料の作成、取引分析、プレゼンの実施など
• クレジット承認、契約書作成、内部承認の確保
• 日本企業・商社・金融機関・ECAなどの主要関係者との信頼関係の構築維持
• 統合型のファイナンスソリューションの提供（グローバルおよびリージョナルチームと協働）

Join a top-tier global financial institution with a strong and expanding presence in Japan as an ECA & Structured Finance Transactor. This role is part of the Export and Structured Finance team in Tokyo, focusing on originating, structuring, and executing complex cross-border financing solutions. You'll work closely with Japanese corporates, trading houses, and financial institutions, delivering strategic financing solutions that support global business expansion.

• Originate and execute ECA-backed and structured finance transactions with Japanese corporates and trading companies.
• Prepare proposals, client materials, and transaction analyses to support origination and deal execution.
• Coordinate credit approvals, documentation, and internal review processes to ensure seamless transaction delivery.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, export credit agencies, and banking partners.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to develop integrated financing solutions.
• Monitor ongoing transactions and contribute to portfolio management, risk oversight, and compliance.
• Support business development initiatives to expand the Export Finance franchise in Japan.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• エクスポートファイナンス、ストラクチャードファイナンス、またはコーポレートバンキング分野の経験3年以上
• 外銀大手、またはメガバンクでの実務経験
• ECA（輸出信用機関）支援融資やクロスボーダー取引構造に関する知識
• 日本企業、商社、インダストリーの対応経験
• ディ―ルプロセスやステークホルダーのマネジメント能力

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル（クライアント対応・書類作成に必須）

• 外資系金融機関でのエクスポートファイナンスまたはストラクチャードファイナンスの実務経験
• ECA案件、トレードファイナンス、クロスボーダーレンディングの実務知識
• 日本企業や商社との深いネットワーク

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Export Finance, Structured Finance, or Corporate Banking.
• Experience working at a global or major Japanese financial institution.

• Familiarity with ECA-supported financing, trade finance, and cross-border transaction structures.
• Understanding of Japanese corporates, trading houses, or industrial clients.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end deal execution and stakeholder coordination.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset with high integrity.

• Japanese: Native-level proficiency (essential for client engagement and documentation).
• English: Business-level fluency (required for global coordination).

• Experience working in international financial institutions in export or structured finance roles.
• Deep understanding of ECA-backed financing and cross-border lending.
• Knowledge of trade finance and Japanese export sectors.
