• エクスポートファイナンス・ヘッドとして、高品質な輸出金融サービスを顧客に提供すること
• 輸出金融専門のチームのマネジメント、チームやメンバーの明確な目標設定
• 輸出金融案件のオリジネーション、国内外の顧客基盤の拡大
• 高度なクロスボーダー金融ソリューションのストラクチャリング、エクセキューション（APAC/グローバルチームと連携）
• ポートフォリオのパフォーマンス及びリスクの管理、健全な事業運営の確保
• 日本および海外の輸出企業・金融機関との長期的な関係の構築
• KYC、ガバナンス、コンプライアンスにおけるベストプラクティスの推進
• 日本の輸出金融チームの代表として、APACおよびグローバルの銀行ネットワークにおける戦略的連携や情報発信をリードすること

Join a tier-one global corporate and investment bank as the Head of Export Finance, leading the Japan team to originate, structure, and execute complex cross-border financing across the energy, infrastructure, and resources sectors. This strategic leadership role combines client origination, transaction execution, and relationship management while working closely with regional and global banking partners to strengthen the bank's footprint in Japan and the wider APAC region.

• Lead and inspire a specialist export finance team, setting clear objectives and ensuring excellence across all transactions.
• Originate and execute export finance deals, expanding relationships with Japanese and global corporate clients.
• Structure complex cross-border financing solutions and coordinate with internal stakeholders across regional and product lines.
• Manage the credit portfolio, assess risk exposure, and ensure strong governance and operational compliance.
• Build long-term relationships with exporters, corporates, and financial institutions in Japan and internationally.
• Promote adherence to KYC, risk management, and compliance standards.
• Represent Japan's export finance function within the APAC and global banking network.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 外銀大手またはメガバンクにおけるエクスポートファイナンス、プロジェクトファイナンス、ストラクチャードファイナンスのいずれかの経験10〜15年程度
• クロスボーダー取引のオリジネーション・エグゼキューション実績
• 信用分析・リスク評価・ストラクチャードレンディングの知識
• 顧客ニーズに合った金融ソリューションを構築・提案する力

• クロスボーダーチームでの協働経験
• ECA（輸出信用機関）関連業務またはストラクチャードファイナンス商品の知識・経験
• エネルギー、インフラ、産業分野でのクライアントネットワーク
• 分析力、ビジネス機会を見極める力

• 10-15 years of experience in Export Finance, Project Finance, or Structured Finance at international or major Japanese banks.
• Proven track record of originating and executing complex cross-border financing transactions.

• Strong understanding of credit analysis, risk assessment, and structured lending.
• Ability to design solutions that meet both client and bank objectives.

• Fluent in Japanese and English, with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively across global offices.

• Japanese: Native-level proficiency (for client management and documentation).
• English: Fluent, business-level proficiency (for global collaboration).

• Experience in ECA or structured export finance products.
• Established client network in energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
• Experience in a global banking environment managing cross-border teams.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen with a solutions-driven mindset.
