日本の電子取引市場をリードする外資系金融サービス企業にて、エクイティオペレーション AVP（アシスタントバイスプレジデント）を募集しています。エクイティおよびデリバティブ商品のトレードライフサイクル管理、決済、オペレーション業務全般を担当し、迅速かつ正確な取引実行を支える重要なポジションです。小規模ながら高パフォーマンスなチームで、テクニカルスキルとマーケット知識の両方を磨くことができます。

• トレードライフサイクル全体の管理（取引の実行、照合、決済を正確かつ期限内に完了）。
  
• 失敗取引や例外処理の監視・解決を迅速に行い、資金調達を適切に管理。
  
• コーポレートアクション対応、ポジション照合、各種オペレーション期限の遵守。
  
• 内部統制上の課題を特定・改善し、オペレーショナルリスク管理を強化。
  
• プロジェクトやUAT（ユーザー受け入れテスト）への参画、新商品の導入やグローバルプロセス改善をサポート。
  
• オペレーションデータの分析を通じて、業務改善提案や取引基盤の効率化を推進。

Join a leading financial services firm driving innovation in Japan's electronic trading market. As an Equity Operations AVP, you'll manage trade lifecycle processes, settlements, and operational workflows for equities and derivatives in a high-performing trading environment. This role offers the opportunity to step up into an AVP position within a smaller organization, giving you exposure to both technical operations and market dynamics, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

• Oversee end-to-end trade lifecycle processes, ensuring trades are executed, matched, and settled accurately and on schedule.
• Monitor and resolve failed trades and settlement exceptions promptly while maintaining funding accuracy.
• Process corporate actions, reconcile positions, and meet operational deadlines with precision.
• Identify and address gaps in control procedures to strengthen operational risk management.
• Participate in projects, UAT, and process improvement initiatives to support global changes and new product launches.
• Analyze operational data to generate insights, recommend process enhancements, and ensure efficient platform performance.

必須条件経験・スキル：

• 6年以上の金融機関（証券会社、銀行、カストディアン、クリアリングハウス等）でのトレードサポート、決済、バックオフィス業務経験。
• トレーディングプラットフォーム、グローバルブローカレッジ業務、マーケットインフラに関する知識。

• 優れた注意力と正確性を持ち、スピード感ある環境で業務を遂行できる能力。

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル（社内外のコミュニケーションに必須）
• 英語：ビジネスレベル（グローバルチームとの連携に使用）

• 業務改善プロジェクトまたはオペレーショナルリスク管理に関する経験。
• システム設計・ワークフロー自動化への理解。

• Over 6 years of experience in trade support, settlements, or back-office operations within brokerages, custodians, banks, or clearinghouses.

• Knowledge of trading platforms, global brokerage operations, and market infrastructure.

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure.

• Japanese: Native level (required for operations and client communication).
• English: Intermediate to Business level (for internal and regional communication).

• Experience in process improvement or operational risk management projects.
• Understanding of scalable system architectures and workflow automation.
