Job Description

• Establish policies and operational guidelines for the organization’s quality management system.
• Monitor and ensure operations comply with quality system requirements.
• Plan and conduct internal audits, and prepare for external audits by relevant authorities.
• Oversee product quality within the OEM manufacturing process.
• Manage QA and QMS teams, and support the development of team capabilities.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Science, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QMS within the automotive parts manufacturing or OEM industry.
• Proven experience with quality management systems such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in team management, internal auditing, and customer certification processes.
• Strong ability to plan quality strategies and lead team operations effectively.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work efficiently across departments.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a managerial-level position.
