• Directly manage each factory site to ensure efficient, safe, and effective daily production processes.

• Manage and optimize production schedules, inventory levels, and quality control to meet delivery timelines and customer standards.

• Act as the central point of contact to coordinate with key departments including engineering, procurement, and logistics to ensure seamless flow of materials and project execution.

• Continuously monitor and improve productivity, cost efficiency, and delivery timelines across all three sites.

• Lead and supervise all production teams, including line supervisors and operators, fostering a high-performance culture.

• Analyze production data and implement established continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, 5S) to enhance operational efficiency.

• Guarantee strict compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and relevant industry standards.

• Support employee training, development, and performance evaluations to build and maintain a skilled workforce.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations management or equivalent experience. Master's degree is a plus.

• Proven experience (8+ years) in a manufacturing leadership role, demonstrating a strong track record of effectively managing production operations.

• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control principles, and operational efficiency.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams to achieve objectives.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address operational challenges and implement effective solutions.

• Solid understanding of safety and environmental regulations within a manufacturing environment.

• Proficient in using manufacturing software and MS Office suite.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive improvements.

• Proven project management experience, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
