主な業務内容

• ジュニアブローカーとして、新規ビジネスチャンスの発掘や日本市場でのプレゼンス拡大、ブランド強化に貢献していただきます。
• 具体的な職務は以下の通り：
• 日本のクライアント（保険会社）との関係構築・リレーションシップマネジメント
• 損害保険再保険ソリューションの企画・提案・実行支援
• プレゼン資料、プレゼン資料、分析レポート、契約関連書類の作成補助
• クライアントや再保険会社、関連部署との信頼関係の構築
• 新規案件開拓のための市場調査
• 海外チームとの連携
• トレーニングやOJTを通して再保険の専門知識を深めていくこと

A leading global reinsurance brokerage with a rapidly expanding presence in Japan is seeking a Junior Non-Life Reinsurance Broker to join its Tokyo office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to build a rewarding career in the reinsurance sector. You'll work closely with senior professionals, gaining hands-on experience across international markets and helping deliver innovative risk solutions to Japanese clients.

• Support the origination, structuring, and placement of non-life reinsurance solutions for Japanese clients.
• Collaborate with senior brokers on presentations, market analysis, and documentation.
• Assist in the placement and servicing of reinsurance programs.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new business.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, reinsurers, and internal teams.
• Coordinate with global colleagues to ensure seamless client service delivery.
• Develop technical expertise and reinsurance knowledge through on-the-job training and mentoring.

必須条件

• 保険の専門知識（再保険経験はなくても可）
• 営業、セールスの経験、または素養（未経験でも意欲・能力があれば可）

• 自発的に行動し、学び続ける姿勢があること
• コミュニケーション力が高く、相手のニーズを的確に理解できること
• 困難な状況でも粘り強く課題解決に取り組めること

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル（クライアント対応・文書作成に必須）。
• 英語：会話レベル

• Knowledge of insurance or reinsurance (prior experience in reinsurance is a plus but not essential).
• Ability to work effectively in a sales-driven environment.

• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client and team interaction.

• Japanese: Native-level proficiency (required for client communication and documentation).
• English: Conversational level (for coordination with international teams).

• Experience in non-life insurance or financial services.
