As a Virtual Server Engineer, you'll design, deploy, and maintain large-scale virtual environments while introducing next-generation automation and cloud solutions. You'll play a key role in enhancing system efficiency, scalability, and reliability to support the company's growth and digital transformation.

• Design and deploy large-scale virtual clusters, balancing cost, capacity, and redundancy.
• Verify and implement new virtualization solutions to enhance performance and stability.
• Standardize and automate service management processes across environments.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain core production systems for continuous reliability.
• Develop new services and products using the latest virtualization and automation technologies.

必須条件経験・資格：

• Linux/Unixシステムの管理経験
• VMware環境（ESXi、vCenter Server）の運用経験
• Nutanix環境（AHV、AOS）の知識
• 仮想化・クラウドコンピューティングの理解
• PythonまたはShellスクリプトのコーディングスキル
• Chef、Ansible、Terraformなどの自動化・構成管理ツールの使用経験
• Jenkins、CircleCIなどのCI/CDツール使用経験
• 大規模システムの監視・障害対応経験

• AWS、Azure、GCPなどのクラウドプラットフォーム経験
• DockerやKubernetesを使用したサービス運用経験

• Over 3 years in virtual server or infrastructure engineering.

• Strong Linux/Unix system administration background.
• Hands-on experience with VMware (ESXi, vCenter Server) and Nutanix (AHV, AOS).
• Understanding of virtualization and cloud computing concepts.
• Proficiency in Python and/or Shell scripting.
• Experience with automation and configuration management tools (Chef, Ansible, Terraform).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or CircleCI.
• Proven ability to monitor and troubleshoot complex infrastructure incidents.

• Proactive, innovative mindset with a drive for efficiency and automation.
• Strong problem-solving ability and collaboration in global environments.

• Japanese: Business-level fluency (required).
• English: Conversational or above for communication within multinational teams.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for service operations.
• Background in web application development and system integration.
