Join a growing global financial institution that is launching a new securities business in Japan. As a Finance Senior, you will play a key role in shaping the financial foundation of this emerging business, working directly with management and regulators to ensure robust financial governance and compliance. • Support regulatory capital adequacy reporting in alignment with Japanese financial regulations (FSA/JSDA).
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and planning activities for the new securities business.
• Collaborate with management and external stakeholders to ensure strong financial control and compliance frameworks.
• Lead process improvement and system implementation initiatives as the business expands.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and reporting to support executive decision-making.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 金融業界（できれば証券）における経理・財務・会計経験
• 財務や会計原則の専門知識
• 財務分析、予算策定、内部統制に関する実務知識

• 立ち上げ環境において率先して動き、自ら課題を特定し解決に導ける方
• コミュニケーション力とステークホルダーマネジメント能力
• チャレンジ精神

• 日本語：ビジネスレベル以上（内部外部の調整・報告に必須）
• 英語：ビジネスレベル（グローバル本社との連携に必要）

• 自己資本比率に関する知識。
• 金融庁・日本証券協会向けのレポーティング経験。
• 証券会社または投資銀行での財務報告・規制対応経験。
• 財務システム導入や自動化プロジェクトの経験。
• 内部統制・リスク管理体制の設計や運用経験。

• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably within the financial services or securities industry.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and capital adequacy requirements.

• Familiarity with FSA/JSDA regulatory reporting.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and internal control design.

• Japanese: Business-level fluency (required for internal and external communication).
• English: Business-level proficiency (for global coordination).
