• ホールセール部門（プライマリーおよびセカンダリーマーケット）のコンプライアンス支援
• コンプライアンスフレームワークの設計・運用（利益相反管理を含む）

• クロスボーダー取引の規制対応（グループ会社と連携）
• その他ホールセールのコンプライアンスに関する助言や業務効率化、継続的改善など

Join a top-tier global investment banking group as a Wholesale Compliance Officer (Associate-Director), where you will play a key role in maintaining and strengthening compliance frameworks. This position covers compliance across wholesale business matters in both primary and secondary markets, with exposure to equities and fixed income. You will provide regulatory oversight, support governance frameworks, and act as a trusted partner to stakeholders across the business.

• Provide compliance support for wholesale business matters, including primary and secondary markets.
• Contribute to the design and operation of compliance frameworks, including conflicts-of-interest governance.
• Oversee compliance coverage across multiple product classes such as equities and fixed income.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for cross-border transactions, coordinating with global group companies.
• Act as an advisor to stakeholders, offering clear guidance on regulatory and compliance matters.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 金融のホールセール関連経験（コンプライアンスでなくても可。フロント出身者も歓迎）
• 金融機関、法律事務所、監査法人などでの就業経験
• 金融関連規制の知識

• 多様なステークホルダーの立場を理解し、適切な助言を行えるコミュニケーション能力
• 金融規制およびコンプライアンス分野に対する継続的な学習意欲と専門性向上への意識

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル
• 英語：中級程度

• 英語ビジネスレベルなら尚可
• 規制当局との対応や検査・監査の経験
• フロントオフィスからの問い合わせに対応できる商品知識

• Over 3 years of experience in wholesale business (front office or compliance).
• Work experience at a financial institution, law firm, or accounting firm.

• Strong communication skills to coordinate and advise diverse stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of financial regulations with a commitment to continuous learning.

• Japanese: Native level (required for local compliance and stakeholder engagement).
• English: Intermediate to Business level (required for cross-border work and regulator interactions).

• Business-level English proficiency, with confidence to handle regulatory inspections and exams.
• Product knowledge sufficient to address front-office inquiries.
