日本チームの中核として、規制コンプライアンスを推進し円滑な事業運営をサポート。金融庁との関係構築やグローバルチームとの連携を通じて、革新的な金融サービスの発展を支援していただきます。

• 事業活動に関する助言（規制面）
• 日本国内における規制上の義務・リスクの特定と管理をサポートすること
• コンプライアンス方針やプロセスの策定・導入支援
• プロダクトローンチや新規ビジネス施策支援
• APACおよびグローバルチームと連携し、クロスボーダー規制対応を推進すること
• 金融庁（FSA）をはじめとする規制当局とのリレーション強化に貢献すること

Join a global fintech platform as a Regulatory Counsel (Mid-level), where you will support Japan's regulatory compliance while enabling smooth business operations. This role offers the chance to collaborate with global colleagues, engage with regulators such as the Financial Services Agency (FSA), and play a critical part in shaping innovative financial services in a rapidly evolving market.

• Advise internal teams on regulatory considerations for business activities
• Assist in identifying and managing regulatory risks in Japan
• Help design and implement compliance policies and procedures
• Provide regulatory input on product launches and projects
• Collaborate with APAC and global colleagues on cross-border matters
• Contribute to building strong relationships with regulators, including the FSA

必須条件経験・スキル：

• 金融業界経験6年以上
• コンプライアンス、法務、または規制関連業務の経験
• 資金決済法など日本の金融規制に関する知識

• チームワーク
• 適応力
• スピード感のあるビジネス環境で実力を発揮できること

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル
• 英語：上級ビジネスレベル以上

• 金融庁などの当局対応経験
• 決済、フィンテックなどの業界経験

• 6+ years in the financial services industry
• Proven experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory functions
• Familiarity with Japanese financial regulations such as the Payment Services Act

• Quick learner with the ability to apply regulatory knowledge in practice, strong bilingual communication, and adaptability in fast-paced environments

• Japanese: Native level
• English: Fluent level

• Experience working with regulators such as the FSA
• Background in payments, fintech, or technology-driven financial services
