必須条件経験・スキル：

• APACの債券市場における経験6〜12年程度
• 顧客と長期的な信頼関係を築けること、またその実績
• 債券・固定金利投資戦略の専門知識
• グローバル金融市場に関する知識

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル
• 英語：上級ビジネスレベル以上

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 6-12 years in fixed income capital markets within the APAC region
• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain long-term client partnerships
• Deep understanding of fixed income investment strategies
• Strong knowledge of global financial services and capital markets

• Relationship management, adaptability, and strategic communication

• Japanese: Native level
• English: Fluent (business level or above)

• Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, economics, or related field
• Established network with large financial institutions
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments
