A Japanese electronic components manufacturer based in Düsseldorf is seeking a Warehouse Associate (m/f/d). This position offers a wide range of responsibilities, from inventory control to shipping operations, within an international logistics network.

• Inventory control using warehouse software and manual methods

• Daily shipment preparation and coordination with couriers and shipping agents

• Management of incoming goods

• Reporting on low and aging inventory levels

• Management of packing material inventory

• Operation of pallet trolleys and forklifts

• Recording warehouse transactions and completing logistics processes

• Issuing shipping documents (delivery notes and invoices)

• Proficiency in German or English for business communication

• Knowledge of warehouse and administrative operations, systems, and procedures

• Proficiency in MS Office and Sage 100

• Excellent time management and multitasking skills

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

• Salary: From €3,000～€3,400/month (base salary) + bonus (1.5 months)

• Working hours: 40 hours/week

• Annual leave: 30 days (for full-time employment)
