Position:   PLC Engineer

Salary:       30,000 – 50,000 THB/Month

Location:  Rojana Industrial Park, Ayutthaya

Responsibilities:

• Write and test PLC programs for controlling automation systems.

• Develop HMI programs to enable users to easily control and monitor machine status.

• Research and develop new technologies used in manufacturing processes, such as automation systems, Artificial Intelligence (AI), or robotics.

• Design and develop solutions related to implementing technology in manufacturing processes, such as automation systems and quality control systems, including training personnel on technology usage.

• Troubleshoot and modify control programs or control equipment when issues arise.

• Install PLCs, sensors, control devices, and perform full system commissioning (testing the operation of the entire machine before handover).

• Analyze manufacturing processes and propose methods to increase efficiency and optimize control systems to reduce cycle time or save energy.

• Ability to design Jigs and Fixtures for manufacturing processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Mechatronics Engineer, or a related field.

• 3 years of experience in PLC Programming

• Strong knowledge of Ladder Diagram, Structured Text, Function Block Diagram

• Strong design electrical diagram

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
