PR/118297 | Japanese Speaking Production Manager

Key Responsibilities

The core duties are split between managing operations, optimizing costs, and ensuring quality and compliance:

• Oversee and manage production operations and personnel to ensure output meets scheduled targets and quality standards.
• Ensure the products meet both customer-defined quality standards and internal quality requirements.
• Drive process improvements and manage costs to optimize production efficiency and quality.
• Responsible for production planning, inventory control, and materials control to prevent shortages and minimize waste.
• Prepare and analyze various reports for management.
• Ensure all production and related activities adhere to ISO standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or any related field.

• Proven experience in a Manufacturing environment with a background in either Production or Procurement/Logistics with production.

• Japanese communication skills at a Business Level and must be able to write and communicate via email (No JLPT Required) with intermediate English is considerable.

• Proficient in MS Excel.

• Ability to work well with others and manage a team.
