COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our client is looking for the Warehouse Manager position.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Warehouse Management

• Accurately manage incoming and outgoing shipments and inventory (FIFO/FEFO, expiration date, temperature control, etc.)

• Check daily and monthly inventory discrepancies, prepare inventory reports, and analyze the causes

• Train and mentor warehouse staff (warehouse managers, picking/labeling/inspection staff, etc.)

• Promote continuous improvement activities for work efficiency, safety, and storage quality

2. Transportation & Delivery

• Planning and implementing delivery plans (vehicles, drivers, routes)

• Managing and improving KPIs such as delivery time, cost, accidents, and complaints

• Contracting, cost negotiations, and monthly evaluations with transportation companies (3PL)

• Controlling the delivery slip and voucher management process, including cash on delivery (COD)

3. System & Process Improvement

• Implementing, operating, and improving logistics-related systems such as WMS/TMS and ERP

• Ensuring business data integrity through collaboration with sales, accounting, and IT

• Propose and implement logistics cost reduction measures (fuel and route optimization, load factor improvement, etc.)

• Regularly report logistics KPIs (OTD, cost rate, work productivity, etc.)

4. Organizational and Human Resource Management

• Manage the warehouse and distribution department (approximately 70 employees)

• Human resource development, including training, safety management, and evaluation (KPI/results-based)

• Manage attendance, labor, and discipline, and maintain team motivation

• Propose on-site improvement measures and promote the team's PDCA cycle

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of warehouse management experience (food handling experience)

• Experience managing a refrigerated or frozen warehouse

• Experience implementing and operating a TMS

• Management experience as a manager

• Forklift license, safety and health management experience

• WMS implementation experience

• Knowledge of fire safety regulations, and dealing with fire, police, and public safety authorities in warehouse operations

• Experience negotiating with various logistics companies

   

• Conversational English proficiency

   

BENEFITS

• Location: Ho Chi Minh City (Lake View Office) (Other Ho Chi Minh City warehouse locations as needed) 

• Working time: 8am to 17pm, Monday~ Friday ( 2 Days per week, (Saturday, Sunday, and holidays)

• Paid leave based on Vietnam's labor laws.

• Salary: 40 - 45.000.000 VND (Gross)

• Bonus: Before Tet, average 2 months

• There are social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance and other regimes according to Labor law.
