• ガス電気水道、製造業クライアント向けのDXプロジェクトを担当していただきます
• エネルギー消費、調達、輸送分野の業務プロセス分析
• SAP/システム導入支援（要件定義、テスト、導入サポート）
• 業務改善の設計・文書化支援
• チームメンバーおよびクライアントと協力し、最適なソリューションを提供すること
  

Join a global leader in consulting, technology, and digital transformation services as an SAP Consultant. You will support business improvement and digital transformation (DX) projects for clients in the utility and manufacturing sectors, helping them optimize operations and embrace future-ready systems. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and develop your expertise in enterprise applications and system integration.

• Support business improvement and DX projects for utility and manufacturing clients
• Analyze client processes in energy, procurement, and transportation
• Assist in SAP/system implementation, including requirements gathering, testing, and deployment support
• Contribute to designing and documenting process improvements
• Collaborate closely with team members and clients to deliver tailored solutions

必須条件経験・資格：

• コンサルティング経験2〜5年程度
• または、ITや業務改善に携わった経験
• SAPまたは他のERPの知識
• 設計、導入、展開フェーズでの課題を積極的に解決できる問題解決力
• 顧客の中長期的なビジネス目標を理解してシステム導入を進められる、戦略的思考能力
• 優先順位や課題の変化に柔軟に対応できる適応力

• チームワーク
• クライアントの立場に立って物事を考えられること
• ペースが速い環境で実力を発揮できること

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル
• 英語：できればビジネスレベル

• 2-5 years of experience in consulting or IT/business process improvement
• Familiarity with SAP or other enterprise systems (MM, PP, SCM a plus)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication skills in Japanese and preferably business-level English
• Ability to work in a team and adapt in a fast-paced environment
