• エンジニアリングチームのマネジメント、メンバーの成長とキャリア開発をサポート

• Manage and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance and career development
• Drive technical strategy, roadmap execution, and project prioritization across multiple data platform initiatives
• Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
• Establish engineering best practices, streamline workflows, and reduce technical debt
• Promote cross-team AI initiatives to enhance productivity and data platform capabilities

必須条件経験・資格：

• ソフトウェアまたはIT企業におけるエンジニアチームのマネジメント経験4年以上
• バックエンド開発経験5年以上
• プロジェクトをリードし、複雑な技術課題を解決した実績
• クラウド開発環境や最新のソフトウェアエンジニアリング手法に関する知識・経験

• 優れたコミュニケーション力・コラボレーション力（様々な部門と円滑に連携できること）

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル
• 英語：流暢

• 4+ years managing engineering teams in a software or IT company
• 5+ years of backend development experience
• Proven track record of leading projects and solving complex technical problems
• Strong background in cloud development environments and modern software engineering practices
• Fluent English and native-level Japanese

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse, cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with engineering performance evaluation frameworks

• Advanced degree in computer science or related field
