• Lead the launch of a new product to accelerate business growth
• Manage, coach, and support the marketing team to achieve goals
• Work closely with the sales team to execute marketing strategies
• Develop annual and long-term marketing plans with the Marketing Director
• Assist product managers across all stages of product marketing
• Partner with global and regional marketing teams on joint plans
• Manage the marketing budget and forecast future product sales
• Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)

必須条件経験・資格：

• 医療業界でのマーケティング経験5年以上
• リーダーシップ経験3年以上（チームの指導・育成を含む）
• 新製品のローンチを成功させた実績
• 戦略企画、問題解決力
• 予算管理経験
• 日本語・英語での優れたコミュニケーション能力、特に営業チームとの連携力

• リーダーシップ、チームビルディング
• コミュニケ―ション、部署連携（営業など関連部署と連携できること）
• 成果を追求する姿勢

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル
• 英語：ビジネスレベル
  

• 輸液療法、腫瘍学（オンコロジー）、有害薬剤安全管理に関する経験
• グローバルやAPACのマーケティングチームを含む、マトリックス型組織での業務経験
• Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) との関係構築経験

• 5+ years of marketing experience in the healthcare industry
• 3+ years of leadership experience, including coaching and team development
• Proven track record of successful new product launches from start to finish
• Strong strategic planning, problem-solving, and budget management skills
• Excellent communicator in Japanese and English, able to work cross-functionally with sales

• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across functions to deliver results

• Japanese: Native
• English: Intermediate/Business

• Experience in infusion therapy, oncology, or hazardous drug safety markets
• Background in a matrixed organization with global or regional marketing counterparts
• Established network with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
