From M&A strategy and innovation to digital transformation and organizational redesign, you will work with international companies, government agencies, and institutions to deliver transformational business solutions.

• Develop and propose corporate strategies, growth plans, and organizational transformations
• Support M&A strategy, deal execution, and post-merger integration (PMI)
• Engage in digital, R&D, and innovation strategy projects
• Collaborate with international organizations, government agencies, and industry partners
• Build client relationships and manage project teams effectively
• Conduct in-depth analysis, research, and strategy implementation
• Mentor and develop junior team members, sharing knowledge across the firm

必須条件経験・資格：

• 戦略コンサルティング経験、または企業内の経営企画等（インハウス）の経験
• 複雑なビジネス課題に対するソリューションの立案・提案経験
• 戦略的思考能力

• Strategy consulting or corporate strategy/management experience
• Strong logical thinking and strategic proposal skills
• Advanced English proficiency to engage in international projects
• Experience in planning and proposing solutions for complex business challenges
• Ability to influence and engage multiple stakeholders

• Highly motivated self-starter, eager to tackle challenging tasks
• Collaborative team player, capable of driving results
• Resilient and persistent, able to work effectively under pressure
• Strong analytical and empathetic thinking, with clear communication of insights
• Excellent self-management and organizational skills

• Japanese: Native
• English: Fluent (advanced level for international project participation)

• Hands-on experience in a strategy consulting firm
• Experience in M&A or organizational restructuring projects
• Exposure to design firms, open innovation, or venture projects
• Experience with international organizations or NGOs on social challenges
• Knowledge in digital strategy, analytics, or data-driven decision-making
