• 医療保険ポートフォリオの管理：損失率・収益性をモニタリングし、必要に応じて改善策を立案・実行すること
• 詳細なデータ分析とシミュレーション：分析結果に基づき、収益性向上やリスク軽減のためのアクションを推進すること
• 商品開発・改定の主導（またはサポート）：新商品・改定案件において、認可申請書類や社内委員会向け資料の作成を担当すること
• 発売後の商品のモニタリングと継続的改善：販売実績や収益動向を継続的に分析し、改善施策を実行すること
• 個別案件の引受審査（アンダーライティング）と営業支援：専門的観点から引受可否判断を行い、営業拠点への助言・指導を実施すること
• 部門横断型プロジェクトの推進：商品開発、業務改善、戦略策定などにおいて、社内関係部門と連携してプロジェクトを推進すること

Join a global insurer as a Health Insurance Underwriter (Portfolio Focus) and take the lead in managing Accident & Health (A&H) product portfolios with a focus on profitability and product development. You will drive data-driven strategies, contribute to new product initiatives, and play a key role in cross-functional projects that support long-term business growth in Japan.

• Oversee portfolio management for A&H products, focusing on loss ratios and profitability

• Perform detailed data analysis and simulations to identify and implement improvement actions

• Lead or support product development, including filing preparation and internal committee documentation

• Monitor product performance post-release and implement profitability measures

• Handle underwriting referrals and provide guidance to sales branches

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive cross-functional projects

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 保険業界の商品開発またはオペレーション経験3年以上
• 認可申請関連書類および規制要件の基礎知識
• 高度なデータ分析力（複数のデータソースを活用できること）
• 日常業務に必要なシステム・ソフトウェアの操作スキル

• 分析的思考力と優れた問題解決能力
• 技術チームとビジネスチームの橋渡しができるコミュニケーション能力
• 様々なステークホルダーに柔軟に対応しながら協業できること
• 細部まで正確にミスなく業務を遂行できること

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル

• 傷害保険または医療保険の知識があれば尚可

• 3+ years' experience in insurance product development or operations

• Understanding of filing documents and regulatory requirements

• Strong skills in data analysis using multiple data sources

• Familiarity with personal accident or medical insurance is an advantage

• Proficiency in insurance systems and software applications for daily operations

• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities

• Effective communicator across technical and business teams

• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and thoroughness
