Join a multinational tech company as a Database Engineer (Infra) responsible for designing, developing, and operating large-scale databases that power innovative services. You will work on new service development, optimize current database parameters, and play a key role in infrastructure projects, driving technical excellence and innovation.

• Design and develop databases for new services
• Optimize database parameters for current services
• Evaluate and propose new technologies to enhance infrastructure
• Manage infrastructure projects, ensuring efficiency and reliability
• Demonstrate team leadership or provide assistant leader support

必須条件 経験・資格：

• RHEL/Solarisサーバーの実務経験5年以上
• Oracleデータベースの実務経験5年以上
• プロジェクトマネジメント経験3年以上
• 100台以上のサーバー環境でのシステム設計経験
• ハードウェア/ストレージの基礎技術知識
• UNIX環境での実務経験
• チームリーダーや同等の経験

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル

• Native-level Japanese language proficiency
• 5+ years experience with RHEL/Solaris servers
• 5+ years hands-on experience with Oracle databases
• 3+ years of project management experience
• System design experience for environments with 100+ servers
• Strong knowledge of hardware and storage technology
• Practical experience working with UNIX systems

• Team-leading experience or strong potential to lead
• Curiosity for new services and technologies with a strong self-learning ability
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Japanese: Fluent (native level)
• English: Conversational level

• Experience in team leadership or assistant leadership roles
• Strong motivation to explore and adapt to new technologies
