As a Linux Server Engineer, you will design, manage, and secure Linux-based infrastructure systems, ensuring high availability and reliability. • Design and maintain reliable and secure Linux-based systems to support critical business operations.
• Manage system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability for users.
• Implement and manage backup and recovery solutions to safeguard data integrity.
• Ensure best security practices by performing regular vulnerability assessments.
• Prepare and maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Proactively lead problem-solving efforts and introduce automation to improve operational efficiency.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• Linuxサーバー設計・構築の実務経験5年以上
• Webシステム開発・運用経験
• Bash、Pythonなどのスクリプト言語による開発経験

• 問題解決力
• リーダーシップ/主体性
• 新技術や最新ソリューションを積極的に学ぶ姿勢

• 日本語：流暢（チーム連携・運用業務に必須）
• 英語：中級〜ビジネスレベル程度

• プロジェクトマネジメント経験があれば尚可
• Linuxサーバーセキュリティや大規模インフラ管理の知識

• 5+ years of professional experience in Linux server design and construction.

• Experience in web system development/operations.

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash or Python.

• Japanese: Business fluency (essential for team communication and operations).
• English: Intermediate to Business level.

• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take leadership/initiative.
• Openness to learning new and emerging technologies.

• Experience in team leadership or project management.
• Knowledge of Linux server security best practices and large-scale infrastructure management.
